Gianluca Martina dipinge da circa cinque anni, pur avendo già da ragazzola passione per l’arte non ha potuto seguire studi artistici. La grande curiosità lo porta a ricercare anche nel web le tecniche per esternare la sua indole di pittore attento al bello.
Comincia così a studiare da autodidatta e, come nella migliore tradizione, si ispira ai grandi artisti; tra i tanti Vincent Van Gogh e Tamara de Lempicka dei quali riproduce con successo le opere più famose. La sua tecnica spazia dalla pittura a oleografica alla più materica con l’uso della spatola, una sua peculiarità consiste nell’uso di tele di
grandi dimensioni.
I suoi soggetti variano dal paesaggio al ritratto, dal figurativo all’astratto, insomma un artista poliedrico appassionato e appassionante.
Gianluca Martina has been painting for about five years, although he has had a passion for art since his teens and has not been able to pursue art studies. His great curiosity led him to search the web for techniques to express his nature as a painter attentive to beauty.
He thus began to study as a self-taught artist and, as in the best tradition, was inspired by the great artists; among them Vincent Van Gogh and Tamara de Lempicka whose most famous works he successfully reproduced. His technique ranges from oil painting to more material painting with the use of the spatula; one of his peculiarities is the use of large canvases.

His subjects vary from landscape to portrait, from figurative to abstract, in short, a passionate and multifaceted artist.
